    I just watched your "Thai Spicy Wing Challenge" video and the lack of heat and subsequent addition of pepper flakes made me laugh and wonder if you've tried Vigils jerky. The red chile and christmas are covered with chile; very tasty and can be pretty hot. I recommend trying both and right now they are having a 40% off sale with the coupon code: Blackfriday. It is a carne seca jerky which means it is dry and thin but it is the best I've ever had. Oh, and in New Mexico the term Christmas means that you want both red and green chile on something. Great channel and I hope you can do a review.

    I heard the Italian MRE's are among the best. I was in the US Army in the early 80s and we had vietnam war old C-Rats. The scrambled eggs in a can with ham had stratified into several layers of disgustingness.

    I would like to suggest a video taste testing Oreo vs Hydrox (which came out before oreo) and store brand chocolate creme sandwich cookies. That would be interesting to see your input on the difference between them. For comparison, I recommend store brand versions from walmart, kroger (They might only have the P$$t brand which is part of kroger) Dollar General, Family Dollar and Trader Joes if they have one (never been to trader joes.) and any local regional chain you might have in your area.

I want your take on it, and would like to hear what you have to say about that abomination. I would mail you a box of it like some of the rest of the fans, but ima broke asf right now.     Em, CNN put out an article about photographer Henry Hargreaves whose latest collection is called "MRE to Michelelin." He plates MREs to look like something you may find at an upscale tasting style restaurant. Thought you may find it interesting. His other one project is called "No Seconds" where he photographs what death row inmates last meals were.     hey there!~ watching your videos are always entertaining but I always am kind of put off by the silent background(and the chewing shounds, lol but thats just me).     I have a suggestion for a treat you can try! Yesterday, I stopped at a Family Dollar store to pick up a snack to munch on the way home, and I found these cute little Oreo Eggs! They're chocolate eggs, but filled with Oreo cookies and cream creme. They cost $.85 and a bit smaller than the Cadbury Creme Eggs. They're not bad, but I'd thought that you should try them for yourself if you ever find them. Also, there are bags of cherry flavored M&M's for Valentine's Day, in case you want to give those a try as well! Never tried them, but they're not filled with cherries!

    Truly enjoy your channel. I'm a retired Navy sailor and merchant seaman. I enjoyed your episodes about military rations because I've never had them. When I was in the Navy we had "C" rations, not MRE's. If you can find them, you should try those one day. And don't worry, they had a shelf-life of decades! I am curious about one thing..... When you travel to Japan do you find the food served there to be different from the "Japanese food" served in the States? I'm not a fan of Japanese food, but I have found that the food served in Italy, for example, to be different from the "Italian food" served here in America. Not that it isn't good - it's very good - but different from the American version. The same is true of Greek, German, Spanish and French foods. Keep up the magnificent channel and best of everything.

    Hi Emmy, I love watching your channel and thank you for allowing me to eat vicariously through you! I'm from New Zealand but I've recently been on a trip to San Francisco, and one of the things I did was go to Alcatraz Island (of course). One of the things in the gift store was a recipe book that the Alcatraz Women's Club compiled for fundraising for other events on the island. It has a whole bunch of recipes from the period, some of which are hilarious and I couldn't help but think of you when I was reading through it. I wonder if you would be interested in some of the recipes in it? Let me know!

    Hi I'm about to start filming my own series of "ration pack" reviews, but I am focussing solely on vegetarian or vegan content. Obviously, very few armed forces issue these, but some do and do so very well (with my home, the UK, being an example). I am starting with 24-hr packs aimed at civilian buyers, and then maybe I will expand into military-issue packs. I will probably do a few 1-meal reviews too, and perhaps related content. I shall start with the "Beyond the beaten track" 24-hour vegetarian boxes (menu 5, menu 6) supplied by evaq8.co.uk, it seems as good a place to start as any and they are reasonably-priced. Then I will try the cotswoldoutdoor.com menu 6 box. I'd be interested to read any advice or suggestions you have about this. I am going to send the same query to gundog4314, gschultz9, Kiwi Dude, and Steve1989. Any other channels you can suggest would also be welcome.

    Dear Emmy, would just like to say a huge thank you. I discovered your channel about 3 weeks ago when i brought home my new born son, who unfortunately had his days and nights mixed up. SO while he was constantly awake and feeding during the long night i would sit on my bed with him and we would watch you. Maxwell(my newborn) really liked your voice so he would be quiet for those blessed 10-15 mins while you tasted and talked about all the different kinds of food, you saved my sanity as well and now i cant get enough of your Emmy eats. so thanks from a really great full mumma. xx

Don't understand my obsession with watching other people eat things, but as a person who will eat absolutely anything, and a lover of all cuisines, I admire it when other people genuinely enjoy everything they eat.     Hi Emmy! Just an idea... Perhaps you can suggest to your subscribers at the beginning of the month a food item to purchase (online or at the market) and put out the video at the end of the month of yourself trying it. That way we can try the product while watching the video and have something to look forward to doing with you. Maybe you can call it, "Taste with Emmy." =)
